Research Progress on Biochemical Analysis for Detecting Lead Ions
In order to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of biochemical analysis in detecting lead ions in environmental monitoring, this study adopted three different biochemical analysis techniques, namely:enzyme based detection technology, antibody based detection technology, and nucleic acid based biosensor technology.By designing and implementing a series of experiments, the performance of biochemical analysis methods in key performance indicators such as sensitivity, specificity, response time, and cost-effectiveness was analyzed. The results indicate that although each technique has unique advantages and limitations, certain techniques exhibit better detection performance than others under specific application conditions. The research findings provide important experimental evidence for selecting the most suitable lead ion detection technology for specific environmental applications.
