Application of Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Technology in Chemical Production and Equipment Stable Operation and Maintenance Strategy
In chemical production,the circulating cooling water system is an important component of the production process and plays a crucial role in the stable operation of chemical production equipment.During the operation of chemical production equipment,the presence of anions and cations in the circulating cooling water and the pipes in the circulating water system are usually made of various metals,which often cause corrosion,scaling,and microbial growth in the metal equipment in the cooling water system.This article studies the treatment technology of circulating cooling water and its importance for the stable operation of equipment.Firstly,the article introduces the working principle of the circulating cooling water system and the problems that exist in the circulating water system.Secondly,some treatment methods have been proposed for the corrosion problem in the circulating water system.Finally,some maintenance measures were proposed for the damage caused by the circulating water system to the equipment.Therefore,the treatment of circulating cooling water and equipment maintenance in chemical production can ensure that the chemical production process can operate more safely,economically,reliably,stably,and environmentally friendly.
