Efficiency and Cost Evaluation of Precious Metal Recovery Process in Petroleum Refining and Hydrogenation Catalysts
This study proposes an efficient recovery process for metals in petroleum refining hydrogenation catalysts. The efficient and high-purity recovery of precious metals such as aluminum, vanadium, and molybdenum has been achieved through steps such as adjusting pH for aluminum precipitation, calcining to prepare aluminum oxide, magnesium salt for phosphorus removal, calcium salt for molybdenum precipitation, and barium salt for molybdenum precipitation. The experimental results show that the aluminum removal rate is higher than 95%,the molybdenum loss rate is less than 5%,the phosphorus removal rate exceeds 99%,and the vanadium precipitation rate exceeds 94%.This process not only ensures the effective recovery of precious metals, but also has cost-effectiveness,demonstrating good market application potential.
