固井用水基冲洗液的室内实验研究

摘要
在固井中,合理设计与使用冲洗液,可以达到清洗井壁,冲刷岩屑,可以提高水泥浆与地层胶结面胶结强度的效果.基于此,针对国内某海域现场应用的水基钻井液体系,对 3 种不同类型的冲洗液开展清洗效果和相容性评价实验.实验结果表明,A型冲洗液对钻井液泥饼冲洗效果最好,胶结强度最高,能够有效提高固井质量.
Abstract
In well cementing,reasonable design and use of flushing fluid can improve the bonding strength between cement slurry and formation bonding surface by cleaning the wellbore and flushing rock debris through flushing fluid.Based on this,experiments were conducted to evaluate the cleaning effectiveness and compatibility of three different types of flushing fluids for a water-based drilling fluid system applied on-site in a certain sea area in China.The experimental results show that A-type flushing fluid has the best flushing effect on drilling fluid mud cake,the highest bonding strength,and can effectively improve cementing quality.
