硝酸铵水溶液配制氧化溶液工艺分析

在当前的乳化炸药生产中,传统工艺需要溶解多孔硝酸铵颗粒进行加工作业,存在对锅炉房蒸汽(加热介质)依赖较大、效率过低的问题,需要应用新的加工方式.为此,本文在概述炸药企业的生产规模及特点后,先对硝酸铵、硝酸铵水溶液等材料进行了解,其次提出应用硝酸铵水溶液(高浓度、高温)配置氧化溶液的方式,完成乳胶基质的生产.最后,对配置流程和技术要点进行分析,经过实践能有效完成乳化炸药的生产,可缩减工艺繁琐性、提高工艺自动性.
Analysis of the Process for Preparing Oxidation Solution with Ammonium Nitrate Water Solution
In the current production of emulsion explosives,traditional processes require the dissolution of porous ammonium nitrate particles for processing operations,which have the problems of high dependence on boiler room steam(heating medium)and low efficiency.New processing methods need to be applied.Therefore,after summarizing the production scale and characteristics of explosive enterprises,this article first understands materials such as ammonium nitrate and ammonium nitrate aqueous solution,and then proposes the use of ammonium nitrate aqueous solution(high concentration,high temperature)to prepare an oxidation solution to complete the production of latex matrix.Finally,an analysis of the configuration process and technical points is conducted,and through practice,the production of emulsion explosives can be effectively completed,reducing the complexity of the process and improving its automation.
