Analysis of Temperature-Runaway Control Schemes for Carbon Monoxide Adiabatic/isothermal Compound Shift Conversion Process
Using coal powder gasification as raw material,the first adiabatic shift reactor in the CO shift unit undergoes intense exothermic reaction during start-up,which can easily cause overheating.Based on the adiabatic/isothermal composite transformation process,effective solutions for controlling the temperature of the transformation reactor were discussed from the aspects of catalyst,reactor,reactor inlet temperature,space velocity,and setting of cryogenic pipelines.
