摘要

以粉煤气化合成气为原料,CO变换装置开车过程中第一绝热变换反应器放热反应剧烈,易造成飞温.结合绝热/等温复合变换工艺,从催化剂、反应器、反应器入口温度、空速及设置激冷管线等方面进行讨论,得出了控制变换反应器飞温的有效方案.

Abstract

Using coal powder gasification as raw material,the first adiabatic shift reactor in the CO shift unit undergoes intense exothermic reaction during start-up,which can easily cause overheating.Based on the adiabatic/isothermal composite transformation process,effective solutions for controlling the temperature of the transformation reactor were discussed from the aspects of catalyst,reactor,reactor inlet temperature,space velocity,and setting of cryogenic pipelines.
