为了解决合成氨制氢过程中一氧化碳转换率低、一变炉容易"飞温",影响产品合成质量的难题,提出了一种新的等温变换技术.该技术采用了两段式串联变换工艺流程,通过采用清洁型预硫化催化剂、低位热能移除优化、煤气预热装置优化实现了对反应过程中一氧化碳的高效转换,解决了在反应过程中炉温的"飞温"问题,提升了合成氨制氢经济性和安全性.
Research on Synthetic Ammonia Hydrogen Production Based on Isothermal Transformation Technology
In order to solve the problems of low carbon monoxide conversion rate and easy"temperature flying"of the primary converter in the process of synthesizing ammonia for hydrogen production,which affects the quality of product synthesis,a new isothermal transformation technology is proposed.This technology adopts a two-stage series transformation process,which achieves efficient conversion of carbon monoxide during the reaction process by using clean pre sulfurization catalysts,optimizing low-level thermal energy removal,and optimizing gas preheating devices.It solves the problem of"flying temperature"in the furnace temperature during the reaction process,and improves the economy and safety of synthetic ammonia hydrogen production.
