摘要

灰水是德士古水煤浆气化装置的"血液",其水质的优劣直接影响着气化装置的运行状况.为了解决灰水系统结垢问题并确保气化装置的长周期稳定运行,本文基于对中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司煤制乙烯工程项目的研究,分析了气化灰水系统结垢和堵塞的原因,通过对高低压灰水点实时监测,优化灰水药剂配方,有效地减缓了结垢现象,从而实现了系统的稳定运行.

Abstract

Grey water is the"blood"of the Texaco coal water slurry gasification device,and its water quality directly affects the operation of the gasification device.In order to solve the scaling problem of the ash water system and ensure the long-term stable operation of the gasification device,based on the research on the coal to ethylene project of China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the reasons for scaling and blocking of the gasification ash water system.Through real-time monitoring of high and low pressure ash water points,optimizing the formulation of the ash water agent,it effectively slows down the scaling phenomenon,so as to achieve the stable operation of the system.
