摘要
金象煤化工纯氧炉及配套空分装置具备试车条件,针对该设计运行总体试车方案,方案是立足于各个独立装置试车计划之上的一个综合性方案,总体试车方案中的试车计划可根据现场实际情况而加以调整,内容可以逐步深化,主要试车程序不能任意改变.通过在规定的进度期限内,安全、优质地启动装置,产出合格产品,使装置系统能持续稳定生产.
Abstract
Jinxiang coal chemical pure oxygen furnace and supporting air separation unit have the test conditions,for the design of the overall test plan,the program is based on the test plan of each independent device on the basis of a comprehensive program,the overall test plan in the test plan can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the site,the content can be gradually deepened,the main test procedure can not be arbitrarily changed.By starting the plant safely and with high quality within the specified schedule period,the plant system can produce qualified products,so that the plant system can continue to produce stably.
