加氢脱硫技术在焦炉气工程项目中的应用研究

本文首先分析了我国焦炉煤气回收所面临的主要问题及形势,并对焦炉煤气的组分特点及加氢脱硫的方法和原理进行了深入分析总结.铁钼加氢催化剂适用于CO存在的环境,对有机硫尤其是硫醇、硫醚、噻吩等有机硫转化率高且反应温和,在一定的温度下,能将所有的有机硫加氢转化成容易脱除的H2S,然后串联ZnO脱硫剂除去,此法为脱除有机硫化物十分有效的方法,本文结合工程实例,对加氢脱硫工艺在焦炉气制LNG实际工程中的应用进行了介绍,并对流程进行了优化,较好解决了生产过程中存在的飞温问题,取得了良好的效果.
Research and Application of Hydrodesulfurization Technology in Coke Oven Gas Project
Aiming at the main problems and situation of coke oven gas recovery in China are analyzed,and the composition characteristics of coke oven gas and the method and principle of hydrodesulfurization are studied and summarized.Fe-mo hydrogenation catalyst is suitable for the presence of CO environment,organic sulfur,especially mercaptan,thiophene and other organic sulfur conversion rate is high and the reaction is mild,at a certain temperature,can be all organic sulfur hydrogenation into easily removed H2S,and then series ZnO desulfurizer removed,this method is a very effective method for the removal of organic sulfide,this paper combined with a project example.This paper introduces the application of hydrodesulfurization technology in the actual project of producing LNG from coke oven gas,and optimizes the process,solves the problem of flying temperature in the production process,and obtains good results.
