针对 3206 工作面回采期间采空区瓦斯涌出量大、回风隅角瓦斯浓度高问题,提出将定向长钻孔应用到采空区瓦斯抽采中,通过有效拦截瓦斯涌出控制回风隅角瓦斯浓度.采用理论分析方法并结合现场条件,合理确定了顶板定向长钻孔布置位置,并给出具体布置参数.工程应用后,顶板定向长钻孔在稳定阶段瓦斯抽采纯量在 5~6 m3/min,回风隅角瓦斯浓度在0.3%~0.5%间,钻孔瓦斯抽采量及回风隅角瓦斯浓度波动均较小,现场瓦斯抽采取得较好效果.
Design of Directional Long Drilling Layer Layout for Roof and Analysis of Gas Extraction Effect
In response to the problems of large gas emission and high gas concentration in the return air corner during the mining period of the 3206 working face,it is proposed to apply directional long drilling to gas extraction in the goaf,and control the gas concentration in the return air corner by effectively intercepting gas emission.By using theoretical analysis methods and combining with on-site conditions,the layout position of directional long boreholes on the roof was reasonably determined,and specific layout parameters were provided.After engineering application,the directional long drilling on the roof achieved a gas extraction purity of 5~6 m3/min during the stable stage,and the gas concentration in the return air corner was between 0.3%and 0.5%.The fluctuation of gas extraction volume and gas concentration in the drilling and return air corner was relatively small,and good results were achieved in on-site gas extraction.
