淋水条件下碎裂围岩巷道支护方案设计及应用

针对 1010 运输平巷在掘进过程中面临的顶板淋水、围岩碎裂等支护难题,首先对巷道的工程概况及顶底板条件进行分析,重点分析了巷道支护难点及围岩碎裂特点,然后在具体回采经验的基础上,设计了巷道锚网索联合支护方案,然后进行了现场实践及效果分析.矿压观测结果表明:巷道断面收敛率很小,两帮移近量最大不超过132 mm,顶板下沉量最大不超过 192 mm,巷道围岩控制效果较好,保障了工作面的安全生产.
Design and Application of Support Scheme for Fractured Rock Roadway under Water Immersion Conditions
In view of the roof water pouring,surrounding rock fragmentation and other support problems faced by 1010 transport roadway in the process of tunneling,the engineering overview of the roadway and the conditions of the roof and floor are analyzed first,focusing on the analysis of the difficulties of roadway support and the characteristics of surrounding rock fragmentation.Then,based on the specific mining experience,the combined support scheme of roadway bolt,mesh and cable is designed,and then the field practice and effect analysis are carried out.The observation results of mining pressure show that the convergence rate of the tunnel section is very small,with a maximum displacement of no more than 132 mm between the two sides and a maximum roof subsidence of no more than 192 mm.The control effect of the tunnel surrounding rock is good,ensuring the safety production of the working face.
