摘要

随着农村经济的发展,农村周边出现黑臭水体的情况变得非常普遍.为了净化农村黑臭水体,本文通过复配制备了复合微生物菌剂,并研究了利用其对农村黑臭水体进行处理.通过实验研究发现,复合微生物菌剂中的单一菌剂之间存在一定的协同促进作用,用量为 5 mg/10 L时对于黑臭水体中的CODcr、NH3-N、TP关键指标处理效果最佳,菌剂可重复使用 5个周期(25 d)以上,最优的使用温度为 30℃.

Abstract

With the development of rural economy,the occurrence of black and odorous water bodies around rural areas has become very common.In order to purify the black and odorant water in rural areas,compound microbial agent was prepared and used to treat the black and odorant water in rural areas.The experimental study found that there was a certain synergistic effect between the single microbial agent in the complex microbial agent.When the dosage was 5 mg/10 L,the treatment effect was the best for the key indicators of CODcr,NH3-N,and TP in black and odd-water,the bacterial agent could be reused for more than 5 cycles(25 d),and the optimal use temperature was 30℃.
