Pilot Study on the Treatment of Comprehensive Wastewater in Chemical Industrial Parks Using Micro Electrolysis Technology
The paper investigated the effectiveness of organics removal from the integrated wastewater of a certain chemical industrial park through pretreatment by the micro-electrolysis process.Experimental results indicated that treating pesticide chemical wastewater with the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process can significantly enhance the biodegradability of the wastewater and strengthen the effects of the subsequent biological treatment, ensuring the effluent consistently meets the required standards. The optimal process conditions were determined as follows:pH=3,micro-electrolysis reaction time of 2~3 hours, the removal rate of CODCr reached 20%~30%.
