Research on the Operational Difficulties and Control Strategies of Biological Denitrification Process for High Ammonia Nitrogen Industrial Wastewater
Biological denitrification of high ammonia nitrogen industrial wastewater faces many challenges, such as ammonia nitrogen load shock, low carbon to nitrogen ratio, and fluctuations in environmental factors. In response to these difficulties, this article proposes a series of control measures, including optimizing segmented inflow and internal circulation to stabilize ammonia nitrogen distribution, supplementing external carbon sources to improve carbon nitrogen ratio, and introducing real-time monitoring and adaptive control technology to mitigate the impact of environmental fluctuations. These strategies can effectively enhance the impact resistance and operational stability of denitrification processes, providing feasible solutions for the standard discharge of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
