枳实总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究

目的:优化枳实中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺并对其进行抗氧化研究.方法:以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法测定枳实总黄酮提取率.DPPH自由基清除率法测定枳实总黄酮的抗氧化能力.结果:优选出的枳实总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇溶液为提取溶液,料液比1∶10,80 ℃回流提取法提取1.5 h,枳实总黄酮提取率可达15.09%.枳实总黄酮提取液对DPPH自由基的清除率与其浓度呈正相关.结论:枳实中总黄酮具有抗氧化活性.
Research on the Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids from Fructus Aurantii
Objective:To optimize the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii and conduct antioxidant research on it.Method:Using rutin as the standard,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Fructus Aurantii was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Determination of antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii immaturus using DPPH radical scavenging assay.Result:The optimal extraction process for total flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii was selected as follows:70%ethanol solution was used as the extraction solution,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,and the extraction was carried out by reflux extraction at 80 ℃ for 1.5 hours.The extraction rate of total flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii could reach 15.09%.The scavenging rate of total flavonoids extracted from Fructus Aurantii on DPPH free radicals is positively correlated with its concentration.Conclusion:The total flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii have antioxidant activity.
