Synthesis of a Novel Benzenesulfonic Acid Based Cationic Resin for Purifying Acarbose
Under the action of initiators, halogenated styrene and crosslinking agent divinylbenzene undergo suspension copolymerization to form halogenated styrene divinylbenzene crosslinked copolymer beads(white balls).Sulfonic acid groups are introduced into the benzene ring of halogenated styrene divinylbenzene crosslinked copolymer(white balls)to synthesize a novel benzenesulfonic acid cation exchange resin. The pre purified acarbose solution is first subjected to chromatography using the aforementioned benzenesulfonic acid cation exchange resin, followed by gradient elution with dilute acid aqueous solution. After concentration of the eluent,it is neutralized with anion exchange resin, and then subjected to macroporous resin adsorption, ultrafiltration, concentration, and drying to obtain the target product of acarbose. The mass fraction of purified acarbose is 99.6%,the mass fraction of impurities is 0.01%,and the mass fraction of ash and colored components is 0.02%.
