摘要
本文对比了几种不同型号ABS的球压痕直径,同时用不同丙烯腈(AN)含量的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)与不同含量的高胶粉进行掺混制备ABS树脂.对比了 AN含量、SAN含量、硅灰石含量及润滑剂EBS含量对ABS球压痕直径的影响.结果表明:AN含量、SAN含量、硅灰石含量提高,ABS球压痕直径降低;EBS含量提高,ABS球压痕直径增大.
Abstract
In this paper,the ball pressure diameters of several different types of ABS are compared.At the same time,ABS resin was prepared by blending styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)with different acrylonitrile(AN)content and high rubber powder with different content.The effects of AN content,SAN content,content and EBS content on the ball pressure diameter of ABS were compared.It shows that ball pressure diameter of ABS decreases with the increase of AN content,SAN content and wollastonite content.With the increase of EBS content,the ball pressure diameter of ABS increases.
