Study on the Influence of the Main Reaction of Acid Hydrolysis of Titanium Dioxide Powder by Sulfuric Acid Method on the Solubility of Solid Phase Substances
The effects of acid mineral ratio, reaction acid concentration, and initiation temperature on the dissolution rate of solid phase in the acid hydrolysis process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method were studied. The results showed that the acid mineral ratio had little effect on the solubility of solid phase within the range of 1.50~1.70.The mass fraction of reactive acid significantly affects the heating rate from 81%to 89%,and the dissolution rate decreases accordingly.Considering the leaching rate of titanium, the optimal concentration of reactive acid is 83%.The triggering temperature has a significant impact on the dissolution rate of solid phase, with 145 ℃ being the optimal triggering temperature. The study provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method and improving the production capacity of titanium dioxide.
