高温过饱和硝酸铵溶液的爆炸隐患研究

在化工生产中,应用联合国隔板试验方法,对不同状态下的过饱和硝酸铵(AN)溶液爆轰特性进行研究.为此,在做好试验准备及方案设计后,先开展无隔板背景下,常温及140 ℃中不同质量分数的AN样品爆轰特性研究,然后开展有隔板背景下,不同温度中不同质量分数AN样品的爆炸分析.最后,进行数据讨论,在2(b)试验中,当w(H2O)≤3.0%时,140℃下样品可以发生整体爆轰,证明温度的提高能使过饱和AN溶液具有爆炸性,增加了 AN溶液的爆炸危险性.
Study on the Explosion Hazard of High-temperature Supersaturated Ammonium Nitrate Solution
In chemical production,the United Nations partition test method was applied to study the detonation characteristics of supersaturated ammonium nitrate(AN)solution under different states.Therefore,after preparing for the experiment and designing the plan,the detonation characteristics of AN samples with different mass fractions at room temperature and 140 ℃ under the background of no partition were studied first.Then,the explosion analysis of AN samples with different mass fractions at different temperatures under the background of partition was carried out.Finally,data discussion was conducted.In experiment 2(b),when w(H2O)≤ 3.0%,the sample can undergo overall detonation at 140 ℃,proving that increasing temperature can make supersaturated AN solution explosive and increase the explosion hazard of AN solution.
