锌离子电池铜锌复合负极电化学性能研究

水系锌离子电池具有高安全性、低成本和绿色等优势,在水系锌离子电池中,负极锌箔材料是提高锌离子电池循环寿命的关键因素之一.本文采用电化学沉积方法,制备了一种更稳定的铜锌复合负极材料,通过实验测试,扣式电池可以在100%的高DOD下稳定运行100个循环.结果表明,铜锌复合负极有效提高了电子转移速率,防止锌阳极表面的枝晶生长,该工作为锌离子电池负极材料的优化提供了理论支撑.
Study on the Structure-effect Relationship of Cu-Zn Anode in Zinc Ion Battery
Aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)have the advantages of high safety,low cost and green,etc.In AZIBs,the anode zinc foil material is one of the key factors to improve the cycle life of zinc ion batteries.In this paper,a more stable copper-zinc composite negative electrode material was prepared by electrochemical deposition method,and the button cell can be stably operated for 100 cycles at 100%high DOD by experimental test.The results show that the Cu-Zn composite anode effectively improves the electron transfer rate and prevents the growth of dendrites on the surface of the zinc anode,and this work provides theoretical support for the optimisation of anode materials for zinc ion batteries.
