Research Progress on Pollution Characteristics and Toxic Effects of Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)Phosphate(TDCPP)
In recent years, because brominated flame retardants(BFRs)have been widely banned as persistent organic pollutants(POPs),organophosphate esters(OPEs)flame retardants(OPFRs)have been widely used as substitutes for BFRs and are mass-produced worldwide. However, the overuse of OPFRs may pose risks to ecological safety and food quality.Tris(1,3)-dichloro-dipropyl phosphate(TDCPP)is a major organophosphorus ester(OPEs)that exists in the environment and is frequently detected in the environment.Studies have shown that TDCPP has a variety of toxic effects, including acute toxicity, neurotoxicity, endocrine disturbance effect, reproductive toxicity, organ toxicity and immunotoxicity. In this paper, the pollution characteristics and corresponding distribution of tris(1,3)-dichloro-dipropyl phosphate(TDCPP)were summarized, and the corresponding toxicity of TDCPP was mainly discussed,in order to provide reference for the ecological risk assessment of TDCPP.
