从统筹炼化一体化发展角度分析,适当"减油增化"是推动我国石化工业高质量发展的重要途径之一.基于此,炼化企业开发对二甲苯选择性低能耗工艺,具有重要的意义.甲苯选择性甲基化工艺是通过以甲苯(Toluene)和甲醇(CH3OH)等低成本原料,生产高价值的PX,该工艺在理论上可以高选择性地生产两倍的PX,甲苯选择性甲基化工艺为生产PX提供了一条有发展潜力的途径.本文简要介绍了芳烃联合装置的工艺及其局限性、甲苯选择性甲基化工艺的研究现状以及该工艺催化剂的发展方向.
Present Situation and Future Prospect of Selective Methylation of Toluene to P-xylene
From the perspective of the integration of refining and petrochemical development,the appropriate"oil reduction and chemistry increase"is one of the important ways to promote the high-quality development of China's petrochemical industry.In view of this,it is of great significance for refining enterprises to develop selective low energy consumption process for xylene.In this regard,the toluene selective methylation process is to produce high-value PX from low-cost raw materials such as toluene(Toluene)and methanol(CH3OH).This process can theoretically produce twice the PX with high selectivity.The toluene selective methylation process provides a potential way for the production of PX.This paper briefly introduces the process and its limitations,the research status of toluene selective methylation process and the development direction of the process catalyst.
