目的:建立伤痛宁膏中盐酸小檗碱含量检测方法,并对分析方法验证.方法:GLSciencesInertSustainC184.6× 250 mm × 5 µm色谱柱;以乙腈-0.2％十二烷基磺酸钠的0.1％磷酸溶液(体积比45:55)为流动相,流速1.5mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为265 nm.结果:得到线性方程为A=440.3370p-0.826 3(r=0.999 6),线性关系良好,各组回收率在90.80～106.50％之间,各组回收率间RSD≤3.0％.结论:拟定方法可用于伤痛宁膏胶浆及药片中盐酸小檗碱含量测定.
Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride Content in Shangtongning Ointment
Objective:To establish a method for detecting the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shangtongning ointment and verify the analytical method.Method:GL Sciences InertSustain C18 4.6 × 250 mm × 5 μ m chromatography column(manufacturer's article number:5020-07346).Using a 0.1％phosphoric acid solution(45:55)of acetonitrile 0.2％sodium dodecyl sulfonate as the mobile phase.Flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.Column temperature of 30 ℃.The detection wavelength is 265 nm.Result:A linear equation was obtained:A=440.337 0p-0.826 3(r=0.999 6),with a good linear relationship.The recovery rates of each group ranged from 90.80％to 106.50％,and the RSD between the recovery rates of each group was ≤3.0％.Conclusion:The proposed method can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride content in Shangtongning ointment,syrup,and tablets.
