Comparison Analysis of Total Phosphorus in Water by Manual Method and Instrumental Method
Total phosphorus is a key indicator that affects the quality of surface water.Traditional manual monitoring methods are laborious and have significant human interference. In this experiment, the total phosphorus in different standard samples and actual water samples was compared and analyzed from the perspectives of calibration curves, method detection limits, method precision, method accuracy, and spiking recovery rates using both manual methods and instrumental methods.By statistically analyzing the measurement results of the manual method and the instrumental method, the results show that there is no significant difference in the total phosphorus results obtained by the manual method and the instrumental method. The instrumental method can replace the traditional manual monitoring method to a good extent.
