Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Ethyl Alcohol Ether Ester in Tail Gas
The exhaust gas treatment of factories is a major branch of the chemical industry,which directly affects people's lives.This paper carried out the application analysis of gas chromatography in the detection of ethyl alcohol ether ester in tail gas,and carried out the desorption performance analysis.Static desorption method was adopted in this experiment,and the desorption time was set for 30 minutes.The results show that the reaction strength of HP-WAX capillary tube to 4 different types of alcohol ether ester type is greater than that of DB-624 capillary tube,and HP-WAX capillary column is selected as the separation column.Disulfide desorption gas chromatography was used to analyze the concentration of 4 kinds of alcohol ether esters in the atmosphere and tail gas.The highly sensitive and precise analysis results were obtained,and the rapid determination of alcohol ether esters in various gases was realized.This research is helpful to improve the ability of exhaust gas detection,and can also be extended to other chemical related detection fields.
