Improvement of ICP-MS Method for Determination of Seven Trace Elements Such as Vanadium,Molybdenum and Chromium in Geological Samples
Seven trace elements, such as vanadium, molybdenum, chromium, cadmium, copper, lead and zinc, were determined in geological samples. Before, the geological samples were dissolved by closed sealed pot digestion method, although the samples could be fully digested,it took a long time.In order to save the time of detection, this method studied the determination of seven elements in geological samples, and the samples were digested by Teflon digestion cup(PFA).A pretreatment method of dissolving geological samples with nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid digestion system was established.Re element standard solution was used as internal standard to determine the samples. The determination results of four soil standard samples all met the requirements, the relative standard deviation was 0.55%~8.6%,the detection limit of the method was 0.02~2.0 mg/kg,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999 8.
