摘要

通过对乌克兰焦煤进行工业指标分析、煤岩分析、奥亚膨胀度分析、基式流动度分析、灰成分分析以及焦炭光学组织分析,同时与国内焦煤的质量指标作对比进行研究,结果表明:乌克兰焦煤变质程度介于1/3焦煤与焦煤之间,黏结性一般,胶质体数量偏少,软化温度高,塑性区间温度窄,膨胀度和流动性低,活惰比高,灰成分MBI高,为低灰低硫煤,成焦光学组织以细粒镶嵌结构、粗粒镶嵌结构和惰性结构为主,与国内焦煤存在较大的差异.

Abstract

Through the analysis of industrial indicators,coal and rock,Oya expansion,base fluidity,ash composition,and optical structure of coke of Ukrainian coking coal,and compared with the quality indicators of domestic coking coal,the results show that the degree of metamorphism of Ukrainian coking coal is between 1/3 of coking coal and coking coal,with general cohesiveness,small number of colloids,high softening temperature,narrow plastic interval temperature,low expansion and fluidity,high inertia ratio,high ash composition MBI,and low ash and low sulfur coal.The coking optical structure is mainly fine-grained mosaic structure,coarse-grained mosaic structure and inert structure,which is quite different from that of domestic coking coal.
