摘要
循环水中磷酸盐的含量是衡量循环水处理的一项重要指标.含磷量过多会生成难溶的有机磷酸垢,含量过低则会影响其阻垢效果.因此,绘制一条准确的总磷酸盐工作曲线是准确监测磷含量的重要保障.本文总结了钼酸铵分光光度法绘制总磷工作曲线的过程,并对实际操作过程可能存在的问题进行逐步分析,并提出了相应的解决办法,指导标准总磷工作曲线的绘制.
Abstract
The content of phosphate in circulating water is an important indicator for measuring the treatment of circulating water.Excessive phosphorus content can generate insoluble organic phosphate scale,while low content can affect its scale inhibition effect.Therefore,drawing an accurate total phosphate working curve is an important guarantee for accurately monitoring phosphorus content.This article summarizes the process of drawing the total phosphorus working curve using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,and gradually analyzes the possible problems in the actual operation process.Corresponding solutions are proposed to guide the drawing of the standard total phosphorus working curve.
