流动注射法测定水中挥发酚的方法研究

摘要
采用流动注射分析法对水中挥发酚进行检测,最终得到在0~100 μg/L的线性范围内相关系数r>0.999 9,检出限为0.24 μg/L,精密度<2%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间.通过使用显著性检验中的格鲁布斯(Grubbs)法、F检验法和t 检验法与传统4-氨基安替比林分光光度法进行数据对比分析,并对实际检测中的影响因素进行讨论,表明该方法具有更高的灵敏度、重现性和准确度.
Abstract
Flow injection analysis was used to detect volatile phenols in water,and the correlation coefficient r>0.999 9 was obtained within the linear range of 0~100 μg/L.The detection limit was 0.24 μg/L,the precision was<2%,and the recovery rate was between 95%and 105%.By using the Grubbs method,F-test,and t-test in significance testing to compare and analyze data with the traditional 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometric method,and discussing the influencing factors in actual detection,it is shown that this method has higher sensitivity,reproducibility,and accuracy.
