摘要

甲醇汽油是甲醇与汽油的混合物,具有良好的抗爆性,并且燃烧清洁性能良好,它是新能源的重要组成部分.甲醇含量的精确检测是决定汽油品质的重要环节,因此,研究提出基于近红外光谱仪的汽油中甲醇含量分析检验研究.结果显示,与其他方法进行对比,在汽油样品数不同的情况下,研究采用分段直接校正方法进行近红外光谱信号校正的准确率最高,当数据样本量为9时,准确率为96%.研究提出的方法可以有效地检测汽油中甲醇含量,提高了检测的效率.

Abstract

Methanol gasoline is a mixture of methanol and gasoline,which has good anti knock properties and good combustion cleanliness.It is an important component of new energy.The accurate detection of methanol content is an important factor in determining the quality of gasoline.Therefore,a study proposes the analysis and inspection of methanol content in gasoline based on near-infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that compared with other methods,the segmented direct correction method had the highest accuracy in correcting near-infrared spectral signals under different numbers of gasoline samples.When the data sample size was 9,the accuracy was 96%.The method proposed in the study can effectively detect the methanol content in gasoline,improving the efficiency of detection.
