Research on Analysis and Testing of Methanol Content in Gasoline Based on Near Infrared Spectrometer
Methanol gasoline is a mixture of methanol and gasoline, which has good anti knock properties and good combustion cleanliness. It is an important component of new energy. The accurate detection of methanol content is an important factor in determining the quality of gasoline. Therefore,a study proposes the analysis and inspection of methanol content in gasoline based on near-infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that compared with other methods, the segmented direct correction method had the highest accuracy in correcting near-infrared spectral signals under different numbers of gasoline samples. When the data sample size was 9,the accuracy was 96%.The method proposed in the study can effectively detect the methanol content in gasoline, improving the efficiency of detection.
