矿用液压支架浓缩液防腐蚀防护效果分析

为分析浓缩液对液压支架的防腐蚀效果,采用分析对比试验的方法,分别使用矿井水和矿井水与浓缩液配比质量浓度为3%的稀释液浸泡金属,对金属表面进行微观结构观察、电化学反应分析、极化电压与极化电流变化分析,对金属试件中的元素变化进行分析.结果表明:3%质量比浓缩液浸泡后的金属表面,均匀缓蚀率可达到99.27%,具有显著的防腐蚀效果.
Analysis of Corrosion Protection Effect of Concentrated Liquid of Mine Hydraulic Support
In order to analyze the anti-corrosion effect of concentrated liquid on hydraulic support,the method of analysis and comparison test was used to use mine water and diluent liquid with a mass concentration of 3%of the proportion of mine water and concentrated liquid for metal immersion.After observation of metal surface microstructure,electrochemical reaction analysis,analysis of changes in polarization voltage and polarization current,and analysis of changes in elements in metal specimens,the test results showed that the uniform corrosion inhibition rate of the metal surface can reach 99.27%after immersion with 3%mass ratio concentrated liquid,which has a remarkable anti-corrosion effect.
