摘要
有效利用工业硫酸生产过程中的余热,不仅可以显著提高能源利用效率,而且还能减少碳排放,符合可持续发展的目标.因此,探究工业硫酸生产中余热的回收与利用技术,对于优化能源使用结构,促进工业绿色转型具有重要的实际意义和广泛的应用前景.基于此,本文对工业硫酸生产中余热利用的潜力进行了介绍,对余热利用要求进行分析,并对工业硫酸生产中余热利用各类技术与实践策略进行探究,以供参考.
Abstract
Effectively utilizing waste heat can not only significantly improve energy efficiency,but also reduce carbon emissions,in line with the goal of sustainable development.Therefore,exploring the recovery and utilization technology of waste heat in industrial sulfuric acid production has important practical significance and broad application prospects for optimizing energy utilization structure and promoting industrial green transformation.This article first introduces the potential of waste heat utilization in industrial sulfuric acid production,analyzes the requirements for waste heat utilization,and explores various technologies and practical strategies for waste heat utilization in industrial sulfuric acid production for reference.
