有机聚丙烯降温母粒制造工艺技术的研究

摘要
为了解决聚丙烯降温母粒生产过程中过氧化物质量分数低、降温效果不足的难题,在对聚丙烯降温母粒的基本作用进行分析后设计了正交试验验证,对影响聚丙烯降温母粒制造的因素进行了分析.根据实际应用表明当熔融段温度为144℃,模头温度为149℃,输料段温度为139~159℃,将螺杆转速控制在850r/min的情况下能够将聚丙烯降温母粒的质量分数控制在0.7%以上.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low peroxide mass fraction and insufficient cooling effect in the production process of polypropylene cooling masterbatch,an orthogonal experiment was designed to verify the basic role of polypropylene cooling masterbatch and analyze the factors affecting the manufacturing of polypropylene cooling masterbatch.According to practical applications,it has been shown that when the melting section temperature is 144 ℃,the die temperature is 149 ℃,the feeding section temperature is 139~159 ℃,and the screw speed is controlled at 850 r/min,the mass fraction of polypropylene cooling masterbatch can be controlled above 0.7%.
