Research on the Manufacturing Process Technology of Organic Polypropylene Cooling Masterbatch
In order to solve the problem of low peroxide mass fraction and insufficient cooling effect in the production process of polypropylene cooling masterbatch,an orthogonal experiment was designed to verify the basic role of polypropylene cooling masterbatch and analyze the factors affecting the manufacturing of polypropylene cooling masterbatch.According to practical applications,it has been shown that when the melting section temperature is 144 ℃,the die temperature is 149 ℃,the feeding section temperature is 139～159 ℃,and the screw speed is controlled at 850 r/min,the mass fraction of polypropylene cooling masterbatch can be controlled above 0.7％.
