Optimization Analysis of Mixed Refrigerant Ratio in Natural Gas Liquefaction Process
In the natural gas liquefaction process, the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle is closely related to the matching degree between the refrigerant and heat exchange temperature.Considering the fixed physical properties of natural gas,the refrigerant composition should be reasonably determined to optimize the refrigeration cycle efficiency.Mixed refrigerants have a higher proportion of heavy components and a wider temperature range when the mixture exhibits a high dew point temperature.Especially based on low-pressure conditions, heavy components can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the entire system, and by enhancing heavy components,it is beneficial to strengthen the refrigerant cooling capacity, reduce circulation volume, and decrease equipment power consumption. However,in the case of high recombination score,it will cause equipment liquid hammer, resulting in equipment damage. Therefore,it is important to focus on controlling the proportion of mixed refrigerant components to effectively ensure the effectiveness of the entire process implementation. This article analyzes the natural gas liquefaction process and calculates the optimal ratio of mixed refrigerants.
