Simulation and Optimization of Methanol Synthesis Reaction
The extraction and use of fossil fuels have promoted the prosperous development and progress of industrial technology,but at the same time,the combustion of fossil fuels produces a large amount of CO2,leading to serious environmental pollution and greenhouse effect.Using CO2 as raw material for methanol synthesis reaction will effectively improve environmental problems.This article uses natural gas,H2,and CO2 as raw materials to synthesize methanol,analyzes the synthesis process,and studies the effects of temperature,pressure,and other parameter changes on multiple chemical reactions and methanol yield in the process,in order to determine the optimal process operating parameters.
