摘要
在有机过氧化物的生产中,作为化工生产中常见的原料,需要参考有机过氧化物自身具有的不稳定特性,积极从生产规范出发,做好危险预防.基于对有机过氧化物的了解,从氧化还原性、遇热分解性、与酸性物质反应、遇水分解性、久置风险性和催化分解性等方面,分析有机过氧化物的爆炸、火灾等危险性.采取综合预防措施,在生产过程中添加稳定剂、稀释剂,并对运输和存储进行管理优化,能够保障有机过氧化物生产的稳定性.
Abstract
In the production of organic peroxides,as a common raw material in chemical production,it is necessary to refer to the unstable characteristics of organic peroxides themselves,actively start from production standards,and do a good job in hazard prevention.Based on the understanding of organic peroxides,analyze the hazards of explosion,fire and other hazards of organic peroxides from the aspects of oxidation-reduction,thermal decomposition,reaction with acidic substances,water decomposition,long-term storage risk and catalytic decomposition.Taking comprehensive preventive measures,adding stabilizers and diluents during the production process,and optimizing transportation and storage management can ensure the stability of organic peroxide production.
