摘要
随着焦炉煤气制氢项目的不断推进,一些大型焦炉煤气制氢项目在生产过程中出现了设备管道堵塞问题,给项目的正常生产造成了不利影响,甚至会造成安全事故.因此,企业必须采取有效的应对措施,降低设备管道堵塞带来的影响.基于此,主要阐述了焦炉煤气制氢生产过程中设备管道堵塞问题的应对措施,旨在为相关人士提供一定的借鉴与参考.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of coke oven gas hydrogen production projects,some large-scale coke oven gas hydrogen production projects have encountered equipment pipeline blockage problems during the production process,which has caused adverse effects on the normal production of the projects and even caused safety accidents.Therefore,enterprises must take effective measures to reduce the impact of equipment pipeline blockage.Based on this,this article mainly elaborates on the countermeasures for equipment pipeline blockage in the hydrogen production process of coke oven gas,aiming to provide some reference and guidance for relevant personnel.
