为了减少反应釜在化工生产中发生故障,而导致人员伤亡以及财产损失的现象,通过优化反应釜检测器系统,提高其抗干扰能力,经过实验验证,达到稳定时误差小于0.3%.针对反应釜覆层以及气密结构进行了改进,显著提升了反应釜硬度、抗腐蚀能力,有效防止了泄漏,确保了组合B形环在复杂工况下的优异密封性能.
Research on Reactor Malfunctions in Chemical Processes
In order to reduce the phenomenon of personnel injury and property damage caused by the failure of reaction vessels in chemical production,the anti-interference ability of the reaction vessel detector system was improved by optimizing it.After experimental verification,the error was less than 0.3%when stable.And improvements were made to the coating and airtight structure of the reaction vessel,significantly enhancing its hardness and corrosion resistance,effectively preventing leakage,and ensuring excellent sealing performance of the combined B-ring under complex working conditions.
