Research on the Application of High Efficiency Oil Based Drilling Fluid Technology in Hu 101 Well
In order to reduce the complex accident rate of Hu 101 well drilling and ensure the stability of the wellbore during the drilling process,a geological study was conducted on the complex formations of Anjihaihe Formation and Ziniquanzi Formation. It was found that the main factor causing wellbore instability in Anjihaihe Formation is the hydration dispersion of shale, and the factor causing block collapse in Ziniquanzi Formation is the poor pressure bearing capacity and strong geostress of the formation.By analyzing the pore distribution characteristics of the formation and the inhibitory effect of oil-based drilling fluid on the Anjihaihe Formation and the sealing performance of the Ziniquanzi Formation, the performance of the oil-based drilling fluid system was evaluated. The rolling recovery rate of the formation core reached over 94%,and the pressure sealing capacity of the rock debris sand bed reached 4.5 MPa.During the on-site construction process, the rheological properties of the drilling fluid were stable, the density was used reasonably, and a high wellbore stability was maintained. The wellbore enlargement rate was small, and the complex accident rate was low, achieving good application results.
