Research on Comprehensive Water Control Technology for Fault Fracture in Tunnel Excavation
The DF21 fault exposed by the excavation of the return air roadway in the second mining area has a certain degree of water richness and there is a hydraulic connection between it and the water bearing layer of the 7 # coal seam floor.During the passage of the roadway through the DF21 fault, there is a problem of large or even sudden water inflow. To ensure the safe excavation of the return air roadway in the second mining area,a water prevention and control technology with advanced grouting of the bottom plate and curtain grouting of the roadway as the core is proposed.During the fault crossing period, the surrounding rock support is strengthened to reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock.By injecting grout, the hydraulic connection channels between faults and bottom aquifers,as well as between tunnels and faults, can be separated, thus creating favorable conditions for safe excavation of the return air roadway in the second mining area. After on-site application, the amount of water seepage from the surrounding rock during the passage of the DF21 fault in the return air roadway of the second mining area was controlled within 0.07 m3/h.The overall amount of water seepage was relatively small and would not affect the normal excavation of the roadway.
