摘要

随着经济的发展,露天煤矿开采技术和开采工艺也在不断优化,开采工艺作为开采过程中核心部分,影响着开采效率和矿区周围环境,经过分析实际露天煤矿开采工艺特点,针对当前规模超过100万t煤矿,开采效率低、安全性较低以及环保较差的情况,采用优化煤矿开采工艺的方式,使得大型煤矿日产能提升15%,同时优化运输路径提高开采安全性,达到了降本增效保护环境的目的.

Abstract

With the development of the economy,the technology and process of open-pit coal mining are constantly being optimized.As the core part of the mining process,the mining process affects the mining efficiency and the surrounding environment of the mining area.After analyzing the characteristics of the actual open-pit coal mining process,in response to the current situation of low mining efficiency,low safety,and poor environmental protection in coal mines with a scale of over 1 million tons,the optimization of coal mining technology is adopted to increase the daily production capacity of large coal mines by 15%.At the same time,the optimization of transportation routes improves mining safety,achieving the goal of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and protecting the environment.
