山西某矿8208工作面顶板卸压及瓦斯治理方法研究与应用

本文以山西某矿8208工作面为研究对象,由于其煤层厚度大、顶板强度高,受上覆岩层影响,在工作面回采过程中,巷道超前段会发生煤帮挤压变形严重,顶板整体下沉量大,底鼓明显,造成局部巷道断面尺寸不足,通风、行人困难,从而影响工作面的正常回采.为了保证工作面的顺利推进,结合矿井地质及实际经济情况,提出了中浅孔水力压裂和深孔爆破切顶卸压相结合的方法.为了预防瓦斯超限,提出了相应的管控措施.结果表明:8208工作面顶板采取卸压处理后,顶板能够正常垮落,悬顶面积明显减小,矿压显现不明显,巷道无大变形的情况,控制良好,也没有出现瓦斯超限情况.
Research and Application of Roof Pressure Relief and Gas Control Methods for 8208 Working Face in a Certain Mine in Shanxi
This article takes the 8208 working face of a certain mine in Shanxi as the research object.Due to the large thickness of its coal seam and high roof strength,and the impact of the overlying strata,during the mining process of the working face,the roadway beyond the front section will undergo severe coal wall compression deformation,large overall roof subsidence,and significant floor heave,resulting in insufficient sectional dimensions of local roadways,ventilation,and pedestrian difficulties.Thereby affecting the normal recovery of the working face.In order to ensure the smooth advancement of the working face,combined with the geological and actual economic conditions of the mine,a method of combining medium and shallow hole hydraulic fracturing and deep hole blasting roof cutting pressure relief was proposed.In order to prevent gas exceeding the limit,corresponding control measures have been proposed.The results show that after the roof of 8208 working face is depressurized,the roof can collapse normally,the suspended roof area is significantly reduced,the rock pressure is not obvious,there is no significant deformation in the roadway,the control is good,and there is no gas exceeding the limit.
