回采巷道煤柱帮顶板切顶卸压技术可以有效降低工作面采动引起的侧向应力扰动,降低其对邻采邻掘巷道的影响.本文通过理论分析与数值模拟方法分析不同切顶高度对28214工作面周围应力分布特征的影响.结果表明:回采巷道顶板切顶卸压可以有效降低工作面采动引起的侧向支承压力剧烈影响区范围和影响程度.切顶卸压后原本超前工作面110m至滞后工作面110m侧向支承压力剧烈影响区范围被控制在超前工作面30m至滞后工作面50 m范围内.23.5 m的切顶高度可以使28214工作面采动引起的侧向支承压力峰值下降57.6%.回采巷道顶板切顶卸压是改善邻采邻掘巷道应力环境,提高邻采邻掘巷道围岩的稳定性的有效方法.
Influence of Cutting Height of Mining RoadwayRoof on Lateral Abutment Pressure Distribution Characteristics of Working Face
The technology of coal pillar roof cutting and pressure relief in mining roadway can effectively reduce the lateral stress disturbance caused by mining and reduce its influence on adjacent mining roadway.In this paper,the effects of different cutting height on the stress distribution around 28214 face are analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that the range and degree of severe influence of lateral abutment pressure caused by mining can be effectively reduced by cutting the roof of mining roadway.After the top cutting and pressure relief,the severe influence zone of lateral abutment pressure from the original leading working face 110 m to the lagging working face 110 m is controlled within the leading working face 30 m to the lagging working face 50 m.The peak lateral abutment pressure caused by mining at 28214 face can be reduced by 57.6%with the cutting height of 23.5 m.Roof cutting and pressure relief of mining roadway is an effective method to improve the stress environment and the stability of surrounding rock of adjacent mining roadway.
