对某矿8、9、12#可采煤层瓦斯涌出量进行分源式预测计算,其中预测8#煤层埋深812.8m时瓦斯涌出量达到30.21 m3/min;预测9# 煤层埋深666.7 m时瓦斯涌出量达到62.97 m3/min;预测15# 煤层埋深710.11 m时瓦斯涌出量达到39.01 m3/min,并设定以区域性局部预防为主的防突处理方案.防突处理中利用15# 煤层高抽巷负压抽采8、9# 煤层,同时应用浅孔释放、释放孔抽放、左右耳钻场交替抽放等区域性防突技术.
Exploration of Anti-outburst Technology for Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Face
A separate source prediction calculation was conducted on the gas emission rate of the 8,9,and 12 # coal seams in a certain mine.It was predicted that the gas emission rate would reach 30.21 m3/min when the burial depth of the 8 # coal seam was 812.8m.Predict a gas emission rate of 62.97 m3/min at a depth of 666.7 m in coal seam 9 #.Predict that the gas emission rate of coal seam 15 #will reach 39.01 m3/min when the burial depth is 710.1 1 m,and set up a regional and local prevention plan for gas outburst prevention.In the anti outburst treatment,the 15 # coal seam high extraction roadway negative pressure is used to extract the 8 # and 9 # coal seams,while regional anti-outburst technologies such as shallow hole release,release hole release,and alternating left and right ear drilling fields are applied.
