破碎顶板淋水巷道注浆加固技术研究

针对1207工作面1#联络巷掘进至顶板破碎顶板淋水量大、围岩变形等问题,为确保1#联络巷安全掘进并为早日贯通赢取时间,结合1#联络巷现场条件提出采用对顶板进行加固加固,提高顶板破碎岩体稳定性并封堵导水裂隙.为确保注浆加固安全,在采区2煤辅运巷靠近联络巷淋水点的钻场内布置7个注浆钻孔,钻孔覆盖联络巷顶板淋水点及附近范围,通过注浆后对顶板导水裂隙进行封堵,有效减少联锁巷顶板淋水量;在联络巷内布置注浆钻孔,提升顶板破碎岩体稳定性并封堵浅部导水裂隙.现场应用后,1#联络巷在顶板破碎区域内掘进时顶板基本出渗水同时巷道围岩变形量较小,表明现场采用的注浆加固技术方案取得较好应用效果.
Research on Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Fractured Roof Water Pouring Roadway
In order to ensure the safe excavation of the 1 # connecting roadway and win time for early completion,and to address the problems of large water seepage and surrounding rock deformation caused by the fractured roof of the 1 # connecting roadway in the 1207 working face,combined with the on-site conditions of the 1 # connecting roadway,it is proposed to reinforce the roof,improve the stability of the fractured rock mass of the roof,and seal the water conducting cracks.To ensure the safety of grouting reinforcement,7 grouting boreholes are arranged in the drilling site near the water spraying point of the connecting roadway in the auxiliary transportation roadway of mining area 2.The boreholes cover the water spraying point and nearby area of the connecting roadway roof.After grouting,the water conducting cracks on the roof are sealed,effectively reducing the water spraying amount of the interlocking roadway roof.Install grouting boreholes in the connecting alley to enhance the stability of the fractured rock mass on the roof and seal shallow water conducting cracks.After on-site application,when excavating in the fractured area of the roof,the roof of the No.1 connecting roadway basically leaked water while the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was relatively small,indicating that the grouting reinforcement technology scheme adopted on site has achieved good application results.
