回采巷道迎采掘巷围岩支护技术研究与应用

为研究迎采掘巷围岩支护技术,以莒山煤业10402工作面回风顺槽为背景,采用现场调研、工程类比、理论计算、数值模拟、工程实践等方法对巷道支护技术进行了系统研究.通过工程类比和理论计算初步得出巷道锚杆(索)主要支护参数,在此基础上通过数值模拟分析了迎采掘巷围岩趋于稳定后的破坏及应力特征,验证了锚杆支护参数的合理性;结合以往的巷道支护实践确定了巷道支护方案.工程实践表明,巷道支护方案合理,围岩变形量较小,可以满足围岩控制要求.
Research and Application of Surrounding Rock Support Technology in Mining Roadway
In order to study the surrounding rock support technology of the mining and excavation roadway,taking the return air channel of Longfeng Coal Industry 10402 working face as the background,a systematic study of the roadway support technology was conducted using methods such as on-site investigation,engineering analogy,theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,and engineering practice.Through engineering analogy and theoretical calculation,the main support parameters of the tunnel anchor(cable)were preliminarily obtained.On this basis,the failure and stress characteristics of the surrounding rock of the excavation tunnel after it tends to stabilize were analyzed through numerical simulation,and the rationality of the anchor support parameters was verified.Based on previous tunnel support practices,a tunnel support plan has been determined.Engineering practice has shown that the tunnel support scheme is reasonable and the deformation of surrounding rock is small,which can meet the requirements of surrounding rock control.
