Energy Saving and Tail Gas Sulfur Removal Technology of Sulfur Recovery Units
The study focuses on the efficiency of the sulfur recovery unit,optimizing the steam production pressure of the waste heat boiler,cleaning the heat exchanger to improve efficiency,and updating the desulfurization solvent to enhance the desulfurization effect.At the same time,the recycling of purified water is improved and resource waste is reduced.Adjusting the solution circulation volume effectively reduces hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide emissions and meets national environmental protection standards.Changes in the inlet pressure and temperature of the absorption tower affect the amount of absorbent circulation,which provides a method for energy saving and emission reduction in sulfur recovery.
