空气分离装置节能降耗优化与实践分析

为了进一步提升空气分离装置节能降耗效果,以某化工厂空气分离装置为例,设计出了一种空气分离装置节能降耗方案.首先,简单介绍了某化工厂空气分离装置的基本情况,然后以此为基础,根据峰谷分时电价(TOU)原则,详细对空气分离装置变负荷模式进行了设计,最后,从±500 m3/h工况角度出发实际测试了 TOU变负荷模式的应用效果.通过实际测试可知,应用该模式后,液氧总流量可以提升3.37%左右,液氮总流量降低了 2.51%左右,液氩总流量降低了 0.97%左右,且空压机总能耗成本降低了 2.27%左右,基本达到了节能降耗的目的,因而可将该方案推广到化工厂空气分离装置控制、调节工作当中.
Optimization and Practical Analysis of Air Separation Unit
In order to further improve the energy-saving and consumption reducing effect of air separation equipment,a energy-saving and consumption reducing scheme for air separation equipment was designed taking a chemical plant's air separation equipment as an example.Firstly,the basic situation of an air separation unit in a chemical plant was briefly introduced.Based on this,the variable load mode of the air separation unit was designed in detail according to the peak valley time of use(TOU)principle.Finally,the application effect of the TOU variable load mode was tested from the perspective of±500 m3/h.Through actual testing,it is known that the application of this mode can increase the total flow rate of liquid oxygen by about 3.37%,reduce the total flow rate of liquid nitrogen by about 2.51%,and reduce the total flow rate of liquid argon by about 0.97%.In addition,the total energy consumption cost of the air compressor has been reduced by about 2.27%,basically achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.Therefore,this scheme can be promoted to the control and regulation of air separation devices in chemical plants.
