Research on Optimization and Operation Control of Oxidation Ditch Process Based on Simulated Pilot plant
In response to the risk of exceeding certain effluent indicators and high energy consumption during process operation caused by water quality shock in a sewage treatment plant near an industrial park in Fuzhou, the process operation was optimized by simulating the treatment effect of a pilot plant under different water quality and operating conditions. The results showed that by controlling the HRT of the biochemical system for 17 hours,MLSS was maintained at 3 000~4 000 mg/L,DO was maintained at 1.78~2.12 mg/L,and the dosage of the new phosphorus removal agent was 2.3 mg/L,the main pollutants in the effluent water quality could be stabilized to meet the first-class A standard.
